Refund policy

• We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused and in original condition.
• Due to the nature of our product, we do not accept returns for change of mind once the item has been used.

• If your return is approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method.
• Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.
• Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after approval.

• We replace items only if they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
• Please include photos so we can resolve the issue quickly.

• Orders can be canceled before they are shipped.
• Once an order is shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
